The following guidelines will outline the terms and conditions of the services that photonski.com would provide to its users. Usage of the service would mean acceptance of such terms.

photonski.com allows its users to create galleries and upload digital images for display and viewing purposes only. It is not intended for any commercial use such as auctions and/or product catalog.

Uploaded images are still the sole property of that user or whoever is holding the copyright of said image. It does not warrant any surrender of such copyright/ownership.

Users should be responsible for any image they upload and users are encouraged to upload their own work. Should any user upload a copyrighted image, photonski.com shall not be held liable for it. photonski.com also reserves the right to delete such images should it receive complains from the rightful owner of said image.

photonski.com reserves the right to refuse the use of its services. Moreover, it also reserves the right to delete or categorize any image(s)/gallery/galleries without notice that is/are deem questionable and unfit for public viewing. Users should be informed in this manner that they are held responsible for all liabilities for the legality of content they submit and will not hold photonski.com responsible for damages that may result from it.

photonski.com does not control the content of any user's gallery and does not have any obligation to monitor such content for any purpose. All content provided by a user of this service is the sole responsibility of that user, not photonski.com.

There is no guarantee of permanence. Users are encouraged to keep their own copy of the uploaded images. Should anything unforeseen would happen that would enable photonski.com to cease its service, users has no right to demand from photonski.com. However, please be rest assured that all efforts are put in to keep this site as stable as possible.
